good only for food something else is normal
dinner is the best. There is a wide variety of food and delicious. It's a pity that we are gone without snow. So there are no activities to do for kids.
The staff didn't come to make the futon.It was the first time we had to arrange our own bedding in a Japanese hotel. I think the price is too expensive for facilities.

If you are a group of people with kid, enfant, ski beginner or elder, this will be a perfect place for you to stay.
Close to the ski resort and had lots of shuttle bus from the train station to the hotel. They also offered lots of public bath option.
We were check in at 10 in the morning, and the staff forgot to ask us about the breakfast option. Apparently there are 0630 and 0830 two time slot could be choose. After check in, we went directly to the ski resort and spent whole day. When we remembered about the breakfast, it was 1900 at night . We went to the lobby ask about it, and was told there was no room for 0830, we can only choose 0630 if we want to have breakfast. We were not pleasant but still accepted the arrangement. This was the only downside for our staying there.
